We do not charge for adoption data you enter prior to your free trial ending, nor do we charge for any past adoptions you want to enter after the end of your free trial. Only adoptions that occur after the end of your free trial will count towards your monthly billing.
For example, if the last day of your free trial is January 14, 2021, only adoptions dated January 15, 2021 and forward will count towards your monthly billing. For more information on monthly billing, please visit our pricing FAQ here.
If you want us to bulk upload a large list of historical pets, people, and organization data, we are happy to help! We charge $50 for the first 250 rows of data and $25 for each additional 250 rows. Pets, people, and partners will be separated into their own rows. So to upload 500 pets for example would cost $75.
