What does Pawlytics cost?

Pawlytics uses a tiered pricing structure evaluated every 6 months. (Prices quoted are in USD)

After your free trial, you'll have 3 months to explore Pawlytics at a simple $1 per adoption and $1 per signed e-contract billed monthly on the 1st. After those 3 months, you'll be placed in one of our 3 pricing tiers based on your average use.

For example:

In the example above, Month 4 is the first month of your billing tier and is set at $29 because the average combined adoptions + contracts for the first 3 months were 20.

 

FAQ:

  • Will I automatically get bumped to the next tier if I go over the base price one month?

    No. If you're combined adoptions and signed e-contracts go above your base price, you will revert back to a $1 per adoption and $1 per signed e-contract fee structure for that month.

  • Will my tier ever change?
    Possibly. Your tier will be evaluated every 6 months (in February and August) to determine your monthly average and use that to determine your tier for the next 6 months. If there is any change in your rescue's tier, you will be notified by a Pawlytics teammutt before the next billing cycle.
  • Why every 6 months? And why those months?
    By utilizing Shelter Animals Count (SAC) data to determine where rescues across the nation saw both the highest and lowest intakes and adoptions, we found a standard average of 6 months that contained both a high and a low period. This way we're able to get the truest average through the year to avoid your tier size flip-flopping just because you had a busy season.
  • Who will be notified if our tier changes?
    We will notify the billing email address associated with your rescue. To find which email address this is or to change that address, please refer to this knowledge base page: How to Update Your Billing Address
  • Can I just pay for annual pricing?
    No. Since we don't want to automatically bump you into the next tier when you have a busy month, billing will still run on a monthly cycle.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Email support@pawlytics.com at least 4 days before the first of the month.
