Petfriendly is a subscription-based wellness company located in our backyard, Omaha, Nebraska.
1. Who is Petfriendly?
Petfriendly is dedicated to providing EPA-approved, vet-quality pet care (flea & tick) for both cats and dogs, as well as supplements for dogs at a fraction of the price. Their goal is to help eliminate the barriers preventing animals from receiving top-notch care by providing a plan catered to the pet, affordable, and conveniently shipped directly to your door.
What is the process?
Petfriendly keeps things simple by having you fill out details about your pet, (name, age, weight, and optional photo,) after which they will match you to the products that best fit their current life stage. Your custom package is then shipped directly to your door on a monthly basis and you sit back knowing your pet is taken care of and you save time not running to pick things up from the store.
2. What does this mean for my rescue?
You'll be able to provide a trusted resource for your adopters with no additional work. Included in the automatic adoption packet with your rescue's essential documents, adopters can choose to learn more about Petfriendly and you can feel confident knowing you've recommended a reliable partner in keeping pets healthy.
3. How do adopters and fosters buy from Petfriendly?
Petfriendly works directly with pet parents at the pet parent's choice. Adopters can access the website directly from their post-adoption packet email, and everyone can access Petfriendly's website: petfriendlybox.com
Petfriendly does not store adopters' information unless the adopters choose to click through to the website and fill out their information. Petfriendly does not reach out to your adopters and fosters in order to solicit them.
4. How do I get Petfriendly support?
