Work with other shelters and rescues in the community that use Pawlytics and easily transfer pets and their files from one rescue to another.
To start transferring a pet to another rescue within Pawlytics, go to the Partners tab and click on the +Add Partner.
Begin typing their rescue's name and they will pop up. Click on their name.
❗️Make sure to tag their Type of Organization as a rescue, or shelter or they won't show as an available option in the pets' profile when you create a transfer outcome.
Finally, click Create! That rescue is now one of your partners you can easily transfer pets' outcomes to. Their information will automatically update in your Pawlytics partner profile so you don't have to worry about editing their basic details! Once a pet is transferred, you will lose access to some of the editing statuses of the pet data. Notes will transfer but files will not. The incoming pet will receive the status tag of "pending."
