Fur-cus Group - June 25, 2024

Couldn't make our June Focus Group? Check out our recap below for details on what's coming next!

This month's focus group centered around our two newest upgrades coming soon. Firstly, the long awaited integration with PetLink Microchips is now on its way! We'll be looking for beta testers within the month so if you're interested, don't forget to fill out survey to let us know! Secondly, the even LONGER awaited DOWNLOADABLE REPORTS feature is now in development!!! 🥳 Watch the video to learn more

Agenda Items Time Stamps:

  • Upcoming PetLink Integration
    • Our newest microchip partner is here to help rescues in both US and CA
    • Petlink sells a 14 gauge slim chip that's smaller than a standard, but slightly larger than a mini which makes it perfect for any size pet
    • Access to a microchip lookup tool that's just like AAHA, but has access to search internationally, not just North America!
    • Contact either Debby Collings (deborah.collings@petlink.net / 414.517.5686) or CherylAnn Fernandes (cherylann.fernandes@petlink.net / 781.281.5167) for more information
  • Upcoming Downloadable CSV Report (32:09)
    • Same great reporting page, but soon with an extra navigation tab for downloadable reports
    • Clicking "Generate" will display a page showing all the data points that will be pulled on the report you're looking at
    • Rolling release - we will release reports as they come available in the order displayed here: Downloadable Reports

The first two agenda items took up the entirety of our time this month and we didn't get to cover Payment questions. Below is a quick overview of the feature but please feel free to email support@pawlytics.com if you need any additional help!

  • Payment Tab (US and CA only)
    • The payments tab in Pawlytics is where you can apply to start collecting donations through Pawlytics
    • The donation widget is free to use, completely customizable, and payments are processed at a flat 2.9% which donors can opt to cover

💡 Did you know that a recent survey found people are 40% more likely to donate when they see a donation widget as opposed to when they have to click to a different page or login to a different service?
