Filter and sort your pet list for export:

If you need to get any specific pet information out of your Pawlytics account, you can filter and sort your pet list.

We have a few preset status groups as defined below:

Incoming Current Past
Pending Adoptable Adopted
Needing Foster Training Transferred
TNR Quarantined Returned
  Sanctuary Euthanized, Sick/Injured
  Pending Transfer Euthanized, Behavior
  Pending Adoption Euthanized, Owner Requested
  Medical Hold Euthanized, Rabies Testing
  Legal Hold Died in Care
  Stray Hold
  In Foster

*Note: If you would like to filter by specific pet statuses, you MUST be working under the "All" pet list

Now you can filter by whatever status/characteristics and/or sort your list by Internal ID, Birthdate, Adoption Fee, Intake Date, or Outcome Date.

In the example below, I've filtered by Adopted pets that are Not altered, and sorted by outcome date so that the most recently adopted pet is on top:

Next, just click "Download Pets as CSV" to save the spreadsheet with any other pet information you need:

Request a custom report:

If you need any report that can't be accessed from the Pet CSV export, or is not available from the downloadable reports in your reporting tab, please reach out to us! Hit the live chat bubble so we can work out the details or email us directly at support@pawlytics.com

**Two things we'll always need to know in addition to the specific data you need:**

  1. The date range of the data you want to pull
    • for example do you want all the data you've entered in Pawlytics?
    • Do you want to narrow it down to pets that you took in from Jan of the current year onwards?
  2. Is this a one time report or something you need recurring?
    • Recurring monthly? Annually? Semi-annually?
