# Clearing Cookies on Chrome

## Sometimes we need you to clear your cookies to help resolve some errors and to access our new updates. 🍪 Here is a guide!

Clearing Cookies

### Chrome:

1. Open your browser and navigate to [https://app.pawlytics.com](https://app.pawlytics.com/)   
   **DO NOT LOG IN, IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY LOGGED IN PLEASE LOG OUT BEFORE FOLLOWING THE REMAINING STEPS.**

2. Click on the top right “kebab” menu to open the dropdown

3. Hover over “More Tools”

4. Select “Developer Tools”

5. Click on “Application” in the top menu

6. Click “Cookies”
7. Right click to clear the cookie

8. Refreshing your page should eliminate the errors
