As applications to help out the animals in your rescue roll in, you may be wondering how to manage them. Here's a quick overview!
To access the application section in Pawlytics, click on 'Applications' at the top of your screen. (Just need to submit an app request? Click here for more info!)
From here you will be able to view the submission for up to four types of applications in Pawlytics. The NEWEST applications will be at the top of the list. You can use the search bar at the top to search by applicant name, location, phone number, or email.
You can also filter by status to view certain applications based on the status you have assigned them.
Click on any of the applications to view the applicant's answers. From here you will see the answers to all of the questions on your form, as well as the person's basic information on the left. If the person has applied for a specific animal, their name will appear as well. You can click on both the pet's and person's names to navigate to their profiles.
