You will need to have on hand: - Main Contact First and Last Name - Organization (Rescue)’s Name - Address - Phone Number - Email - Number of pets you adopt out per year (Estimated) - Brand of microchips and scanner you are currently using - Rescue’s Primary Vet Name and Phone Number ![akcReunite\_initialContactForm-1](https://learn.pawlytics.com/hs-fs/hubfs/akcReunite_initialContactForm-1.png?width=688&height=692&name=akcReunite_initialContactForm-1.png) ### Step 2: Check Your Email for your AKC Reunite's main contact email Once your submission has been received, a regional AKC Reunite representative will reach out as your main point of contact to walk you through setting up the rest of your account. (See map below for your area manager) This is also when you can discuss whether you will be enrolling \*only\* AKC Reunite chips (with prepaid enrollment), or if you'll want to enroll all brands of microchips for a nominal lifetime enrollment fee.
