Learn how to add vet clinic and veterinarians in Pawlytics!
In Pawlytics it is easy to add vet clinics and veterinarians to your account. Click the links below to learn how to add your organization's vet clinics and veterinarians.

Create a Vet from the Partners Section
In Pawlytics, you have two easy options to add vet clinics and veterinarians to your account. The first option to add them from the "Partners" section at the top of your screen.
Once here you will see any other partners you have added to your account. You can use the filter button to only see partners with a "Vet Clinic" tag. To add a NEW vet clinic, click the purple "Add Partner" button in the top right corner.
You will now be on the screen to enter all of the vet clinic's information. Be sure to click on the blue "Create" dropdown to create the new clinic.
Now you will want to be sure to add the "Vet Clinic" tag under the "Type of Organization" field. This will ensure this vet clinic shows up when adding medical events to pet profiles. Then click "Create" and your new vet clinic will be created.
Create a New Veterinarian in a Vet Clinic Profile
Now that you have your new vet clinic added, you can add your veterinarians to their profile! To add a vet simply click "Add" under the "Primary Contacts" section.
A box will pop up for you to select people already in your database or to add a new veterinarian, simply type their name and click the blue "Create" dropdown.
Enter the veterinarian's information and then click "Create Person".
Now you will need to assign them the "Vet" role. Make sure you assign them this role in order for them to show up as a veterinarian when adding medical events to the pet profiles. Then click "Add Contact".
You have now created a veterinarian and they are part of the vet clinic you created.
These vet clinics and veterinarians will now show for you when adding medical events to the pet's profile...
