The role you assign each User in your org will determine the permissions they have. Check out the breakdown!
You can assign your organization's different roles to Users when you invite them in. These roles can also be reassigned later by any User with Admin permission. Click here for more information on how. We're going to explain each of the roles here!
Admin
This person can manage all aspects of the Pawlytics account with full access to:
- Organization Setting
- Pets
- People
- Applications
- Partners
- Users
- Reporting
- Payments (US & CA only)
Manager
This User cannot access organization settings, but can view and edit a large amount of data with full access to:
- Pets
- People
- Applications
- Partners
- Users
- Please note: Managers cannot change permission settings for other users
- Reporting
- Payments (US & CA only)
Analyst
This level has full access to:
- Pets
- Reporting
Pet Specialist
This level has full access to:
- Pets
- Please note: A pet specialist has no access to people profiles, this means they cannot create new people through the pet's intake/outcome option or the foster dropdown. They can only select from existing people. They also cannot send e-contracts.
